Retail is the lifeblood of The Sea, The Sea and we’re looking for a highly skilled retail supervisor to strengthen our existing operation. You’ll be the key team member each morning managing stock, organising pre-orders, arranging deliveries, and helping meet walk-in customer needs. You’ll give advice and guidance on cooking methods and prep techniques so our customers experience our produce at its best.
You’ll oversee our retail and fishmonger team and help them meet and exceed customer expectations. Some basic knife skills and knowledge of fish and seafood is required and experience in a luxury or high-end retail environment is a bonus.
This is a role that could suit a range of backgrounds - perhaps you’re a former front of house manager or an ex-chef looking for a change of scene; or you’re a dedicated foodie with great customer service experience...if you have the core skills and personality to succeed in this role but lack experience please apply!
