Junior Sous Chef
Chelsea and Hackney

An exciting opportunity to join the most unique and progressive kitchen in London. You’ll be working directly with the executive chef and head chef each to serve exceptional food to discerning guests at an open counter.
You’ll have experience in a broad range of techniques and an interest in progressive cooking that you can explore fully as part of the team. As part of the role you can look forward to discovering exciting new ingredients and challenging assumptions on preparation and cooking techniques. A base level of experience working with seafood is required but full training will be given on the job. 


Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining high standards of food and service
  • Report to the Head Chef
  • Maintaining high standards of HACCP
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in areas of outside of normal job spec
  • Bringing fresh ideas to drive the business forward
  • Level 2 food and safety certification

Since we launched in Chelsea in 2019, we’ve been pushing the boundaries of seafood sourcing and cooking and now with our new state-of-the-art facility opening in Hackney, we’re looking to grow our team of exceptional people and push even further.
