Caramelised hazelnuts, sour caramel set milk

Method

Keep hazelnuts sealed in the bag until the last moment. 

In a dessert bowl add the set milk and drizzle with caramel. 
 
Once plated, open hazelnut bag and scatter hazelnuts onto set milk and caramel.
 
Add a pinch of salt and serve immediately.
