Tamagoyaki with caviar

 With a sharp knife cut the tamagoyaki in pieces of roughly 1.5cm by 2.5cm.

 
Add the cake to a plate with the caramelised side facing up. 
 
Open the caviar tin, scoop evenly onto each piece. 
 
Serve.
