Tiger Prawns cooked on Salt

8 large king/tiger prawns
500g of sea salt
1 baby gem 


Don’t peel the prawns.

Take a large saute pan, cover the bottom with sea salt, take to the stove to heat, once the salt is relly hot, add the prawns, lay on the side and let them bake. Once the colour has changed on the side touching the salt flip them and repeat process.


Serve in the pan with the baby gem.
